Accurate
Machine Co., Inc. is located in the Heart of the Fox River Valley in
Kaukauna, Wisconsin. Established in 1985, the company's present facility
is approximately 13,000 square feet situated on over 3.30 acres,
providing adequate space for future expansions. Our facility
features (7) Jib cranes throughout with a maximum lifting capacity of
6,000 lbs. Heavier parts can be handled and positioned to the
machines by means of lift truck if necessary. We consider our
operation at Accurate Machine Co., Inc., to be a small to medium sized
part, PRECISION JOB
SHOP. We can and have produced virtually
all facets of machining operations; honing, lapping, burnishing, knurling,
heat treating, gearing, splines, grinding, welding, sanitary welds,
brazing, babbitt, passivating, coatings, cams, broaching, blind hole
keyways and shapes, jig grinding, EDM, painting, assembly, press fits,
shrink fits, milling, boring, threading, turning, blasting, electrical
runout inspection, dye penetrant, ultra sonic testing, charpy testing,
magnetic particle inspection, CMM Inspection and optical comparator
inspection. We machine parts out of conventional materials like A36
HR, 1018, 4140, tool steels, etc. to exotic materials such as titanium,
inconel, custom 455 s.s., vascomax 300, and many other specialty
materials.
